Total Body Workout Program
Join Joyce for an energizing Total Body Workout program designed for all fitness levels! Build strength, stamina, and confidence in a supportive and motivating environment.

Join us for 30 classes on Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30–7:30 p.m. at the Stephen E. Johnston Beach Pavilion. Each session features a powerful mix of workouts, including:

  • Step Toning
  • Circuit Training
  • Kickboxing
  • Kettlebell Training
  • Tabata

Program Fee: $120 (Residents) | $180 (Non-Residents)
