A. Permitted principal uses. The following are the only principal uses permitted in R-2F One- and Two-Family Residence Districts:

B. Permitted accessory uses. The following accessory uses are permitted in R-2F One- and Two-Family Residence Districts only in conjunction with a permitted principal use:
- (1) Any accessory uses permitted in a one-family residence district, as permitted therein.
