Outdoor Dining Permits - 2026 Season

Dear Restaurant Owner/Operator,

The Village of Mamaroneck would like to provide an update regarding outdoor dining permits for the upcoming season. Restaurants may continue to apply for and operate sidewalk cafe seating pursuant to the Village's sidewalk cafe permit program for the months of March through November, in accordance with existing regulations and permit requirements.

After careful review, the Village has determined that it will not be proceeding with the outdoor dining program that utilized on-street parking spaces for the 2026 season. As a result, permits for dining within parking spaces will not be issued this year.

We appreciate the cooperation of the business community and recognize the importance of outdoor dining to our local restaurants. The Village remains committed to supporting sidewalk cafe dining where permitted.
