2026–2027 Virtual State Budget Forum for Westchester

The New York State Assembly Westchester Delegation will host a virtual public budget forum for local organizations, elected officials, residents, and communities of Westchester County to share their views on the Governor’s SFY 2026–2027 Executive Budget.

How to participate

Testimony is welcome.

• Register in advance to receive a time slot for oral testimony
• Submit written testimony by Wednesday, January 28, 2026, to Verena Arnabal at arnabalv@nyassembly.gov
• Oral testimony is limited to 3 minutes
• If you cannot testify on January 30, written testimony is welcome

Livestream and questions

• The forum will be live streamed on Members’ Facebook pages
